On June 15, the tax bureau of the Ministry of finance of India issued Circular No. 22/2022-customs (add), claiming to accept the final anti-dumping findings made by the Ministry of Commerce and industry of India on March 29, 2022 on the fluoro backsheet excluding transparent backsheet originating from or imported from China, and decided to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved for a period of five years.
Among them, the manufacturer, jolywood (Suzhou) sunwatt Co., Ltd., is $762 / mt, and other manufacturers are $908 / Mt. the effective period of this measure is 5 years. This case concerns products under Indian customs codes 3920 and 3921. The above ruling shall come into force as of the date when this circular is published in the official gazette.
