Raytech has continuously worked on reducing the cost of double glass solar modules while delivering high-quality solar modules to the clients. Swiss Solar, the Swiss National Solar Energy Association, said the number of applications for solar subsidies has almost doubled this year, with household solar project sectors showing year-on-year growth.

Swiss Solar said that by the end of this year, the total installed PV capacity in Switzerland will reach 2.87 GW, with a record increase of 400 MW in that year, compared with 332 MW deployed last year.

Annual solar power generation is expected to reach about 2700 GWh, accounting for 4.7% of Switzerland's total electricity consumption, the managing director of Swiss Solar, David stickelberger said on Thursday. He revealed that since the beginning of this year, the number of solar subsidy applications for both large and small roof photovoltaic systems has almost doubled year-on-year. In April, the Swiss Federal Energy Office also allocated an additional CHF 46 million (US $47.5 million) to its residential and commercial roof subsidy scheme. 30% of the cost of purchasing and installing small PV systems can be deducted through subsidies.
