Located in the Karmana district, the facility is the first large-scale solar power plant in Uzbekistan's history to generate electricity from renewable sources.

At present, the factory has installed technical equipment, shields, inverters, transformers, with a total area of 268 hectares. Covering an area of 268 hectares, the photovoltaic plant is expected to generate 260GWh of electricity per year, saving 79 million cubic meters of natural gas.
