4. Roof Mechanical Loading

Roof load is divided into static load and dynamic load. The static load refers to the weight of the structure itself and the snow load. The solar system has lifetime of more than 25 years, and its own weight belongs to the static load. In general, the net weight of a steel factory building with solar systems will be increased by 15kg per square meter, and the net weight of an industrial factory building with brick concrete structure will be increased by 80kg per square meter. The variable load is the load that is released on the roof temporarily under the limit condition, which is divided into wind load, snow load, earthquake disaster load, live load and so on.

5. Roof condition of building

The key types of factory roof or commercial building roof are color steel roof, ceramic tile, steel-concrete structure, etc. Color steel roof is divided into standing seam type, bite type, lock type, fixed card connection type. The first two must be special type adapter, the second two must be fixed with holes; ceramic tile roof can apply special type adapter, but also cannot be fixed with the roof, using its own weight and roof inclination to adhere to it; mixed structure roof must be made of basic support frame, considering the roof moisture-proof, wind load capacity, roof design load and other elements.

If it is a high building, we must also consider the problems of installation and operation and maintenance management: how to safely carry the raw materials such as solar modules, inverters and mounting structures to the roof; the inverters should be installed in the underground high and low voltage room, which is similar to the roof.
