On the morning of July 16, 19 outstanding students from Ningbo University of Technology visited our company.

Xian Hongtao, deputy general manager of Raytech, introduced the company to the students. He 

explained in detail the company’s development history and main products, as well as its mission and culture through videos and electronic picture albums. To encourage the students to establish a correct outlook on employment, Xian quoted the famous remarks from Mencius “when heaven is about to confer a great responsibility on any man, it will exercise his mind with suffering, subject his sinews and bones to hard work, expose his body to hunger, put him to poverty, place obstacles in the paths of his deeds”. Hu Xiaonan, the production director, introduced to the students the workshop production links, safety instructions and product categories. The students acquired photovoltaic knowledge in a relaxed atmosphere and learned about the strength of the company.

At the end of the visit, Xian shared valuable career suggestions with the students: “As students about to step into the society, it is very important for your future career to choose an industry with bright prospects when seeking employment. Your youth shines due to the obstacles you have encountered, and your life is elevated as a result of your struggles. It is my hope that all of you can do your utmost in your future internships and strive to be an “irreplaceable” mature employee. Raytech welcomes all outstanding graduates!”
