Installation Method Customization

The dimensions of solar modules can be customized to meet customers' needs. For example, when our EPC client needed larger panels to optimize the usage rate of BIPV area, we provided 78-layout modules as a solution. The dimensions of 60-layout and 72-layout modules also can be slightly adjusted to meet customer requirements.

Although double-glass solar modules with frameless design are already strong enough, Raytech also offers aluminum frames as a pre-fabricated option. The frames act as a double insurance for the module's mechanical performance.

Transparency Customization

Apart from 60-Layout / 72-Layout Solar modules with 10% transparency, Raytech also offers products with higher transparency by reducing the number of cells and increasing the distance between cells.

Modules with higher transparency can be perfect glass roof solutions to projects such as greenhouse, sunroom, parking lot commercial building lobby and shopping plaza pedestrian streets. Depending on the different needs of illumination in our customers' projects, Raytech delivers high-transparency modules ranging from 40% to 55% transparency to our customers.

Installation Method Customization

Raytech's double glass solar modules are compatible with various customized installation methods based on customer needs. If needed, we can also pre-fabricate installation parts with the solar modules to make it easier for our customers when installing.

Clamps Installation
Advantages:
No need of field fabrication, saving labor cost and construction time;
Wide range of application scenarios, can be used on almost all kinds of projects;
Clip-Frame Installation
Advantages:
Quick installation, low labor cost;
Safe with zero risk of clamps slipping;
Compatible with bifacial modules and flexible mounting structures;
C-type Hook Installation
Advantages:
Increase the overall installation efficiency by 15%;
The designed distribution of hooks guarantees that the stress will be evenly applied and the loading capacity is optimized;
The gap between each solar module will be decreased, therefore shorter mounting structure will be needed, saving the BOS cost of the system;
Adhesive Installation
Advantages:
Quick and easy installation;
Good sealing performance guarantees that the modules will work like a roof for rain and snow protection;
Cost is saved comparing to building a roof and then install the solar modules on the roof;
Flexible Mounting Installation
Applicable for utility projects where site space is limited and usage rate needs to be optimized;
Overall installation cost is lowered, construction period is shortened;
Stress will be evenly distributed on the panel when loading is applied, guaranteeing a very low risk of microcracks;
Flexible Mounting Installation – Bifacial Modules
Applicable for utility projects where site space is limited and usage rate needs to be optimized;
